Easy to find out who actually owns it. Just do a title search on the property.
Title reference is 1/1011876 (which is Lot 1, DP1011876)
Costs about $10, I'd do it but I really can't be arsed paying $10 to find out it's owned by the government.

How the hell do you know which deposited plan that is on? I am impressed.

Tell rugby league to f****** off. They had there chance to bring a team up here and they blew it. The FFA were really smart and decided to give the coast a soccer team instead off league and i congratulate them for that.

Canada, New Zealand & Republic of Ireland might also call our Football 'soccer'. Canada has the influence of NFL (Grid Iron Football) from over the border, New Zealand has a predominance of Rugby Union which they call Football, and I think the Irish call their Gaelic Football 'football', and our football 'soccer'.

Whatever it is called elsewhere, FIFA, the FFA, the A-League 'football but not as you know it', the CCMFC and CCF have no 'S' to be seen and that's what matters in this part of the world. Bear knows he is a silly boy but when he gets his mind pointed in one direction - who can change it? Other than Melsy maybe!

They call it soccer in germany dont they? We had a German visitor at work a couple of weeks ago and we were talking about soccer. I said I call it Football and she told me they call it Fußball (also spelled Fussball).
