I don't think it matters. Look at the facts; - only club with a substantial new investor this year? Mariners - only club with a youth academy? Mariners - only club with a real community program? Mariners - club with by far the most sponsors money pouring in? Mariners - only club coming first (haha)? Mariners - which club has a 30% increase in members? Mariners I think the club, as shown from the above points, is certianly being noticed by the right people in the right places. so true but the point is we have all of these great pointers to our club but as yellow cake said about the TAB metioning us the suprise winners. it must be a real suprise for having the record of the most consecutive clean sheets and a huge suprise to them that we are coming first. Also shipwreck was mentioning that we are like the socceroos i dont think so i believe we are like Iraq. We beat the the favourites like iraq. By the looks of things if this keeps up we are going to be champs like Iraq also sticking on TAB if u put 1 dollar on us you would of received 18 or 15 dollars at the start of the season like Iraq if u put 1 dollar on them you would win 77 dollars.  Also when we beat Sydney they were goin on about having a lack of finishing and waste of chances when we beat them and why did we beat them coz we used or chances and we played better but the media does not acknowledge that we play better like us when we lost to Iraq they played better but the medias goin on about or poor defense when Iraq played better. Same wit the Melbourne victory match when we held them to a draw the media is goin on about we need Fred we need a playmaker to set things up we do not have enough chances when we played better we came closer to scoring hitting the post 3 times and we lost our captain. We play better but we need acknowledgement. |

I dont think we are under rated, I think it shows just how over rated some other clubs are.

Nah we are underated i say we are the second least appreciated team Perth being last and also i agree that some teams are overated such as Sydney. Yes definately Sydney.
