Both Danny and Trotty are in Olyroo camp this week (but available this weekend).
If Trotty is in the final squad for Gosford on the 17th and Pyongyang on the 21st do we just have Andrew Redmayne's A-League debut in Perth and no reserve GK?

They may travel to Perth on the Sunday morning? No idea? Good question though.

Would have thought at least one of them would travel to Perth on the Sunday; most likely Trott, as he would be down the pecking order as far as the goalie spot is concerned.

Didn't Danny fly in on the Thursday night for the first Sydney game this year? I think he was in Dubai or somewhere in the middle east. Stayed in Sydney that night then had to play the Friday night. They boys can do it. They'll be fired up and ready to go.

I wouldn't worry too much there's not a lot of goal-keeping going on by the looks of things unless this counts:

Perth's Keeper, Velahpi has generally been selected as the #2 keeper. I'd say they'd not bother taking the third choice over to DPR Korea. Interestingly Perth have the most Olyroos call ups!

I just realised that Redmayne is currently in Vietnam with the Young Soceroos. So with both Danny and Trotts off on the Olyroo squad, that means we've spent most of this week without a keeper at all!

i'd think that IF both trott and vukovic, andrew bull might get a 1-2 week contract as i have heard that he was training with the mariners earlier in the season

There are always a few young keepers training with JC and danny,Trotty so that wouldnt have been an issue this week. Interesting to see what happens if they are both on Olyroo duty though.

Train-on: Matthew Trott (Central Coast Mariners)
Stand-by: David Micevski (Perth Glory), Tory Hearfield (Newcastle Jets), Robert Cornthwaite (Adelaide United), Robbie Kruse (Queensland Roar)
German-based defender Matthew Spiranovic was unavailable for selection with a knee injury as is Adelaide United striker Bruce Djite who is carrying a foot injury, while Newcastle Jets midfielder Stuart Musialik has been selected though still recovering from an appendix operation.
