I anyone feels like Lightning away games, there are two coming up:
1. Fraser Park FC versus Central Coast Lightning at Fraser Park, Marrickville this Saturday night 8/4/06 at 7:30pm. I hope to be there for BOTN ... a quote Froggy? Almost Dibo's backyard!
2. Super League pace-setters, Granville Rage and challengers, Central Coast Lightning, meet at Garside Park, Granville at 7:30pm Wednesday 12/4 in the Continental Tyres Cup, R3. Just an evening 'stroll' for you, Auburn?
(For 2. I may go instead for BOTN to Christie Park, Marsfield to see the 'light & sound show' in Div 1 Gladesville Spirit hosting Premier League Sydney United!)

Replying to myself but it looks like I was the only one there: Fraser Park FC 0 - Central Coast Lightning 1 (Jason McMinimee 56m) See my BOTN report: spirit.webcity.com.au/AFN/2005-2006/O3/SL-R6-FPvsCC.htmI must say Froggy looks pretty fit - couldn't abuse him much tonight! It was a shock to see them run out in their 'away' strip though! Who thought Sky Blue is a good look for a Coastie team?! Yellow!!!!

sorry i didnt make it guys. Sickness + 21st party to go to = no lightning. was it cold? Pluim Park is worse as you all found, but it was freezing last night, with a mist hanging over the ground - or was that the smoke from the Portugese chicken BBQ! I'm sure the old time dance music from the Portugese Club behind the stand put an extra step in the Coast's play for the second half! And not a portugese tart to be had! Gipped. As I said, Froggy in sky blue was not a good look! Worse than the bikini! What I want to know, what bar were Dibo and Coastie in ;)rather than freezing them at Marrickville or is it Sydenham - no good group singing anyway - train yards and aeroplane landing zone! Ouch my ears!
