Umina O35 teams seem to be quite happy to let the subs manage themselves - ie players/subs decide when they want on/off, which is the way to go in those comps IMO...though I guess it depends on who the captain/coach is each season.

Can anyone here point a 45-year old who hasn't played for thirty years, lives on the Umina penninsula but is willing to travel as far as Erina, to a decent club that'll give him a run if he turns up each week? SEU (s'th Ettalong) C's would be the go.

East Gosford Rams premiere league squad. Either 1st's or Reserves.
Coaching East Gosford Rams u/15As. We just had 12 new players register in a hope to make the team.
East Gosford's coach will remain the same for most likely 1 more season.
I don't think John McLafferty is coaching Wyoming. I think he will b staying with CC Lightning and Greg Preston will take over after coaching their Reserve grade team last season.
As Mick said, Oubimah has a new coach, Andrew Hubbard.
I don't think Gumprecht is coaching The Entrance again, he has his finger in the pie at Ourimbah, but may still be with the Entrance...
I don't know anything else.

East Gosford 35Ds.
We finished bottom of D grade last season. There are only four grades in Over 35s on the Central Coast, so what does that make us?
Well, the only way is up!

Good start to the season by the Ourimbah All Age boys beating Wyoming AA2 6-2 in a trial game. Could have been alot more but with a fair representation of Marinators it should be an excellent year for the team.

well then Jackson, i hope we meet up soon! I havent played for a long time, but Ive been tarining up and down umina beach with a ball all summer, so it'll be good to play in a team, on a pitch again.
