I dont know if this is the right place to post this but I play in a small informal 6 a side outdoor comp at Mingara on thursday nights between 730 and 830. For the last 5 weeks it has been called off and is now called off indefinitely. I initially thought that this was due to bad weather and the state of the ground but now I heard its the result of problems between them and soccer NSW. If there is anyone who plays in the competition or manages it and knows whats going on about the comp can you please post here because i really want to know what is going on and how long until we can play again

I used to play in a 6 a side over the summer at Mingara, our comp was cancelled as they said they had to re-turf the whole area due to a pest infection.... Haven't heard anything else since then though.

Haven't heard anything else since then though. They cancelled that comp in the end because half the teams pulled out due to training for the winter comp had started.

If it was organised well it would be a great financial win for the club.We played last season adn had a 6 week break because the field was getting redone or some sort than I drive past during the break and there training on it for league go figure.

He did say he didnt want to be f***ed around. If its run by CCF, at Pluim, its going to be a disaster, no doubt

"catchakeech" ;D an appropriate username when one thinks of CCF's failed & costly attempt at "Beach Soccer"
