Your team your player be as loyal as you like my friend but there are some decent strikers who will glide past him with ease.

Not many seemed to "glide" past him whilst playing for Rangers or Milwall, or is the A-League going to be a far higher standard than Eng, Divison 1/top flight Scotland (old firm) ?

No, but if Muscat was could enough to be there, he wouldn't be here.

No, but if Muscat was could enough to be there, he wouldn't be here. Good? Muscat was offered twice the amount to continue at Millwall and and captain them for several more years. The new coach wanted to use him as a piller to rebuild around. However, he's been in England for a decade now and wanted to come home. He is good enough to be playing in Europe.

It's as simple as this, getting carded into suspension in the FA cup last year just showed the 'class' of the man, and the reason you cant glide past him. And have you noticed the Dawn Fraser hasn't won a gold medal in a while? Because she is too old! Muscat's best days are far behind him and he has come home to play out the rest of his career. Nothing wrong with that...but he's not the player you claim he is.

You cannot gluide past him because of his grit, determinaton and hunger to win the ball. He might at times go over the top but thats why we love him. At 30 years of age Kevin is in his prime. He will play on, at his best for several years prolly as a full back before retiring as a center back for the Victory. One of the leagues best defenders, 2nd only to Clayes

Notice how his club didn'tplay a single EPL team on the way to the FA Cup final and then promptly got smashed?

Notice how his club didn'tplay a single EPL team on the way to the FA Cup final and then promptly got smashed? You can only beat who you play. Look at it how you want - at the end of the day getting your side to a Fa Cup semi is very special. And most lower leagues clubs tend to get smashed against full strength manchester uniteds

Mate, Rangers fan here, saw Muscat in a blue jumper... Not impressed. He found it hard to get in above guys like Ricksen (who was playing like utter pap when Muscat was there) and Mo Ross (a complete dud) He offered us nothing - and thus we were happy to see the back of him.

At the end of the day I believe the A-League will be a very similar standard to the English Championship (or old first division), Muscat was a very average player there and I believe he will be about the same in Australia.

I hope the A-League is a similar standard to the old Divison 1. Muscat was one of the best defenders in that Championship & a captain.

Kevin muscat.
Shocking player. Amongst the worst to ,er, grace the EPL. Got found out big time in England and was made to look like the filthy , useless mug that he is.
Could just about cut it in the Scottish league. That says it all
Dog shit on a stick.
