It's a poorly worded question I think a YHAL would be best but it could be a great time for a WHAL

We need either a youth league or a Hyundai B-League to bolster the existing HAL and to increase the choices for the Socceroos and increase their international profile thus increasing the opportunities for international friendlies, exposing more players to international quality football.

It's a poorly worded question Depends; What do you mean by "Best": - Most needed in terms of coaching/development/experience for players
- Most enjoyable for me (as an individual with taste/preferences) to watch
- Most in demand by the general population of fans/viewers/audience
- Most financially viable/profitable for the FFA
