just another typical day at SFC i think on this occasion we should steer clear of the banter and acknowledge his contribution to their club... sad day for SFC.

I have never been to impressed with Mark Rudan, IMO always a bit over rated, even going bcak to the Northern Spirit days, not a bad player just not what his backers say he is. But what is of more concern, is the A-League loosing a mid range player, and mid season to another Asian side. Not to sure how that works ............... makes me think he was pushed as a side cannot have two on field captians ....... Mark & Popa having issues maybe, ............. maybe flying circus have another player in mind to bring in. But if all on the up and up, then maybe a Japanese side put a bid in for JEDI, not good news.................. but also maybe something is behind the news. Only a few will know the truth.

Not really... His contract situation at SFC was unsure (some speculation he'd have needed to take a pay cut to stay), and Litti has come in with a 2yr deal that I am told is far more than any HAL side can offer. He's got a very very young family, and the chance to go and earn big bucks o/seas whilst he can (before presumably bringing the kids home for school in 2yrs time) is hard to turn down. I'm horribly sad to see him go, not only because he's solid on the pitch but because he has poured more of his heart and soul in to SFC than anyone not involved with the club would know.
But this is just the way it is...
Rest assured though, the day Mark Rudan becomes Manager of SFC some time in the future, the rest of the HAL will shit itself.

I agree hes been a good servant to Sydney but its another high profile person leaving and that makes me smile. The thing I dont understand is hes leaving this week but has a month off to get himself right physically or something. Why not hang around, try and get you team a few more wins to get them closer to the finals? As for the managerial thoughts of Jaza, mate theres a few in line to get the job ahead of him, hang on hes signed for 2 yeards, theyll go through 4 managers by then so hes a chance

Sad for SFC, the club needs leaders and people committed to the cause.
Always impressed me as a leader and would have moved to hero status if he had really belted that little girly cheat Griffiths. Rudan stood his ground and Australia's worst sports role model tried to get him sent off. Should have kicked the little f***er in the head while he was down.

Is sydney expecting to hold on to milligan for next year? Given last year, the olympics, and what not, I would think he would likely be looking to leave. Which surely would have meant more cash rudans way?
