Your comments regarding Leeds fans and Turks in the World Cp thread have been seen and duly noted before you chose to edit your original post. Me and a couple of other Leeds fans came on this board to support your Club and have a bit of banter but your puerile jibes have left a sour taste in the mouths of Leeds fans and you are a f***ing disgrace to your Club,Country and fellow Compatriots. The actions of that night are still ongoing as the Killer is still on the loose so it is still a very big open sore with us.
ROT IN HELL YOU c**t.

jeez, settle mate! auburn's a decent bloke and i'm dead certain meant nothing like the offence that has been taken here. his comments were tongue in cheek rather than deliberately inflammatory, and while they probably weren't in the best taste, htey weren't a bloody hanging offence and don't deserve the sort of response they're getting (i.e: "comments regarding Leeds fans and Turks in the World Cp thread have been seen and duly noted"). i'm sure none of your fans have ever said anything that has been a little off colour... sorry to jump in, but like you guys, i like to stick up for my mates.

a not entirely tactful (but tongue in cheek, and since withdrawn, and apologised for) reference to the 'history' between LUFC fans and turks.

Auburn shouldn't have said what he did and I'm sure he's feeling very sorry for it but the man is a nice guy and he did apologise and delete the comment, I understand it hurt you but let's move on before it creates more problems.

Not having read the comments I can't really comment, but joking about that is a tad too far

Just a final word. The remark was in poor taste, intended as a joke but taken the wrong way by Leeds fans and others who had just cause to be pissed off.
I sincerely apologise again to all on this Forum. I would be ropeable if someone made a George Best joke today; I have been very upset today and I would NOT take kindly to jokes on this matter, so i can only imagine what the Leeds fans were thinking..
I will be more careful with what I say in future.
Regards,
AM
