Well what a shame, I'm never going to support another English club (despite my soft spot for Luton) and I'll still obviously keep an eye on Leeds but it's hard to care that much about League One when there's Scottish Premier League and Bundesliga.
Sack the board, sack the coach and sack half the team and let's start again.

I must admit, I am saddend by the misfortune that has been placed upon all Leeds United supporters. It seems such a shame that such a "massive" club shoud find themselves in such dire circumstances. OK OK, I'm lying, it couldn't of happened to a better bunch. Long may it continue, Saturday night/Sunday morning has to go down as one of the best ever in my entire life. Not only do the reds come back from 2 down to beat Everton, the rent boys can only muster a draw at home, to send United 5 point clear and a chance to win the league at our good neighbours home in Dumplington. As if that wasn't enough to make me go to bed with a smile on my face, I then get the news that "Scumshire United" have all but been relegated to the old 3rd division. I tell you, it can't get much better. As they say "it's a funny old game" and you never know boys, with a bit of luck it might be the confrence in a few years time and then extinction

I doubt Man Ure fans would be loyal if the money ran out and they got relegated to 3rd division, nor would they put up with all the abuse that Leeds fans are given, I don't see what I have to do with what happens at Leeds United, I've never been one of those fans everyone talks about I've never called Leeds United a big club, but of course we all hate Leeds so their fans are all this one type of fan.
(I'm aware I probably do the exact same thing to A-League fans, especially Scumcastle & Tardistan)
Greenpole: I wouldn't be surprised if Leeds did start with a deduction, administration has to be more real than ever, if they do cop the points penalty next season I don't think they'll go straight back up.

I don't think Leeds will go straight back up points penalty or not. Having followed Forest in League One for the last two years its not an easy division to get out of (although hopefully results go the right way next weekend and Forest go up). Forest and Sheffield Wednesday have found that when you're the 'big club' in the division every small club lifts when they play you.

Omni, I know your probably not old enough to know this, but I will let you in to a little known secret. Manchester United were relegated once, the season was 1973/74, not that long ago really. They were relegated to the then old 2nd division(now known as The Championship). But you see, unlike most football fans, who tend to jump on or off the wagon, United fans were loyal and still are. During that season 1974/75 United were still pulling in the highest crowd attendance in the UK, on average about 60,000 people, seated and standing, not bad for the old 2nd division. Before Ferguson took over in 1986, United were lying 3rd from bottom of the old 1st division, did the crowds drop off then, no, they support the players and the club through thick and thin. Again, when the Glaziers took over the club, the fans said they'd stay away, but they didn't, they still sell the ground out every week, all 76,000 of them and with a season ticket waiting list of 10,000 names. Now, to put that in to some sort of perspective for you, there is at most say 1000 season tickets a year that come up through the club that people don't renew for various reasons, (made redundant, started a family, or they have passed away), that's a waiting time of about 10 years and that's being generous. If they expanded the ground to 100,000 capacity, they'd still sell out the games every week. It's an institution. So on that note, I have to disagree with you and say, "NO" United fans will be and always have been there for their club even, in their darkest hours. Supporting United is not one of those things where you stop/start, it's a lifetime commitment. Ask any United. On the abuse Leeds fans are given, it's justly deserved, believe me. There a bunch of sheep Sha%%in nonces

So all those people who have the united shirts in the wardrobe and now wear Chelsea shirts are what?
I've heard the stories of Leeds fans, and I don't know how not to be offended, I've never done anything like the stories I'm told so I guess I'm not a Leeds fan?
