watching the news tonight and there were warnings that polish fans will target english supporters at the world cup. they look like real trouble too, the report said riots are a regular occurance and 8 people were killed last year in fights between supporters. with 1000s of english fans under travel bans and unable to meet this challenge it seems it might be the law abiding football fans that get in trouble - doesn't seem fair. it's definitely the east europeans that are the worst hooligans at the moment, hopefully the tournament won't be wrecked by them

I read a thing a month or two ago about Polish hooligans. One of those things that shouldn't be funny but is.
Similar to football teams playing friendlies before the World Cup, Polish and German hooligans recently had a practice fight for the World Cup near the German-Polish border!
Seriously though, hope nobody innocent gets dragged into football violence in Gremany

So Engerlund fans get to choose between fighting Ze Chermans, local Turks (absolutely odds on) or seeing what the Poles are made of?
Maybe we should invite them to play a friendly at EAS?? Looks like somewhere in Eastern Europe already :-)
