all part of the jolly rivalry between the two home nations...
any englishman with memories of previous world cups won't be holding their breath anyway...it pays to take a decidedly pessimistic view of England's chances in such events and be pleasantly surprised if they do well.
PS Pieman, Do they still play the annual home international? Shame we don't see it on SBS.
