What a great day @ the Pig & Whistle on Saturday with over 200 fans turning up to meet Mark Schwarzer, about 70 Boro Fans 30 West Ham fans and various other fans mixed in with a healthy Socceroo gang. Mark took part in a good humoured Question and answer session. I was in Brisbane on Saturday. I went to the markets near the Pig & Whistle on Sunday morning. Clearly I missed all the action.

the pig and whistle is a wierd pub
you can't even call it a pub - it just a few chairs, a few plasmas and a bar plonked in the middle of the mall

Thats the wrong one. Pig and Whistle Queen St Mall rubbish.
The big one is on Eagle St Riverside and holds about 2000 and is awesome for the football

If it's the one we went to after the cricket then that one is shit too. We rocked up after the cricket expecting to get on the piss and watch some football, but it was full up of try hard wankers all dressed up like it was a hollywood launch party. Reminded me of the bar above key largo (forget what it's called) but bigger.
