Don't dream it's over - Crowded House Shimmer - Fuel Under the Bridge - RHCP Just Ace - Grinspoon Mr Krinkle - Primus Khe Sahn - Chisel Pardon Me - Incubus Bless my Soul - Powderfinger Holy Grail - Hunters and Collectors What's the Deal - 28 days
I took some inspiration from other posts, it's so f***ing hard to come up with 10 of your all time favourite songs, Omni I must say I'm a massive fan of Duffy's Song, I didn't put Multiples in for fairness to all my fave bands, honourable mentions to a few Green Day, Peal Jam, Faith No More songs, and there are probably heaps I've overlooked.

nick cave's original of shivers shits all over the jets version
when nick cave sang "i been comteplating suicide, but it doesn't really suit my style", it is way more believable then dave gleeson singing it

speaking of nick cave, is anyone going to go see "the proposition" he wrote it, and it was filmed in winton. should be one of the best movies out this year i reckon.

Thanx Mick for dragging up this thread that was buried before I joined.
Maybe my (only ever) signature suggests I might have a say here.
My opinion: You all rock!! All respect for those who’ve managed to cull to only 10. Most of you have got some of my favourite songs in your lists.
I had a go at a specific Top 10 of my favourites that also met the criteria of being set highlights of the some of best live gigs I've seen. Even then finished with 2 lists: Oz and O.S. (in no particular order)
Oz list: Blue Sashes - Screaming Jets Rhythm Rude Girl – Angels I Was A Boy – Choirboys DCX3 – Grinspoon Tainted Love (cover) – The Living End Days Of Rust – INXS Merry-Go-Round – Cold Chisel One Too Many – Baby Animals Breaks My Heart – Radio Birdman Remedy – Rose Tattoo
O.S. list Kashmir (Led Zep) – Page and Plant Unledded Speed King – Deep Purple Layla – Eric Clapton “and his band” Rosalie – Thin Lizzy Midnight Rambler – Rolling Stones Journey To The End Of The East Bay – Rancid Shine On You Crazy Diamond – Pink Floyd Alright Now (Free) – Paul Rodgers/Ultimate Rock Symphony Now I’m Here – Queen Thunderstruck – AC/DC (well, O.S. since Brian Johnson)

Great list. Having a look at my original, I have left out too many. Can I have another go with no repeats?
