Sorry have to tell you guys about this.
On the 4th of january im heading of to antarctica with my grand parents for about 3 and a half weeks.
On the way were stopping at argentina, easter island and a couple other places. How cool is that?!?!?!?!?!
Wondering what the best place every one else has beeen/is going to.

I have been there, it was freezing cold, snowing, and there was absolutely nothing there.

Do your grandparents know what they're getting themselves into, taking you? I'm jealous though, I've wanted to go there for ages. Did the antartic flight from Sydney once to see if that would help get me over it. (Didn't work). Ah, but I did get Billy Connolly tickets this morning, since you mentioned him - that'll help. |

There is an Antarctic Marathon (along with 100k and half marathon) that I'd plan to run one day (get a marathon on every continent).

lol, yeah it would be bad. One of the previous visits my grand parents made there (this will be my nans 4th or 5th time there) some poele going back to he ship in a rubber inghy/boat thing were attacked by leopard seald. No one was hurt though.
