Great news - Russel Crowe is buying Souths, so this means there's no chance of them moving up to the coast! Woohoo!

Does this means, that he will organise Mad Monday next year for Souths?

The new stratergy for souths next year will have everyone walk out with phones and throw them at the other team and another idea will be to hold on to the ball long enough to score a try

Crowe and his partner in this enterprise, Peter Holmes a Court, have put a proposal to Souths Board to buy into the club and secure a stake. They have proposed that the board would always have veto rights on where Souths played, what their playing strip was, etc. Last I heard was that this proposal had been tabled to the Board but no decision made yet by the Board.
