Went to the one-dayer yesterday
I don't know whether I was overly tired and grumpy from only getting one hour of sleep the night before but I was bored.
Even though Australia scored 347 runs and Sth Africa made a good fist of the chase once Australia scored the runs it was basically all over.
I love my cricket but I just did not have a good time.
There were so many f***wits in the crowd yelling stupid stuff and no one seemed to be watching the game. Though I did laugh when someone yelled "C'mon Gilly, do it for Slater's kid."
The police are too heavy-handed. Some people with got thrown out for doing nothing. One of them was beaten up for no reason (in the stairwell where there are no cameras) and when another one of my cricket mates was trying to film the incident with his video phone his was pushed down stairs and they smashed his phone. He was also fined $220.
This is a complete joke.
Anway, take that incident aside as it happened later in the night I was over it before that and actually left around the 25 over mark in the Sth African innings.
