I don't know who else works in an office,
But the kitchen is always a big problem in our office.
I don't see why people can't put the coffee away or why they leave the cupboard door open.
But the big one today is slops Of tea and coffee everywhere on the bench (pick up a cloth and bloody wipe it, is it that bloody hard!)
Also we have a dishwasher that all you have to do is open the door and put the dirty stuff in and then close the door, but no thats to bloody hard as well we will leave the dirty mugs and spoons on the drainer for someone else to clean up.
This has really got under my skin this week maybe its been building up but i am just over it.

awww, i dont work in an office, try a classroom with a teacher who thinks 32 kids in one of the smalles rooms in the school, (mainly becuase it is crammed with computers, and not enough desks so i sit facing the back wall and have a sore neck everytime i have to turn around to copy down the 23rd our of 45 questions she has put on the overhead, which you struggle to read becuase the over head is shit and her writing is blurry and its not any easier becuase you are at teh back of the room with a tall person sitting infront of you, blocking the last 4 questions on each column.) is okay.
Then having to get on a bus which we are crammed into liek cattle (see todays express) then walking home and sitting on a computer bitching on forums.

This has really got under my skin this week maybe its been building up but i am just over it. We had the same problem until I implimented a kitchen policy. Employees sign off to adhere to all our policies or risk dismissal. There were a couple of times when policy wasn't adhered to and I sent an all-staff email reminding them of the policy and failure to adhere to policy can result in discipline action. Haven't had any trouble since. Campus Central Staff Kitchen Policy 1.Any dirty cutlery or plates returned to the kitchen are to be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher 2.If the dishwasher is full of clean plates, then stack those dishes on the lunch room table 3.If the dishwasher is full or partially full of dirty plates then add a dishwashing tablet (under the sink) to the machine and start the wash cycle 4.Any plates or cutlery taken from the cafeteria are to be taken back and not left in the kitchen 5.All rubbish accumulated through the preparation of food is to be thrown away in the bin provided 6.Any food items taken from the cupboard (pepper, salt, etc) and used in food preparation is to be placed back to its original spot 7.Any food items left longer than a week in the fridge will be thrown out 8.Any items left in the kitchen (such as paperwork, containers, magazines etc) longer than a week will be thrown out or remain the property of the kitchen 9.If you put left-over catering food items in the fridge then it is YOUR responsibility to throw them out. This includes items such as orange juice, sour cream, condiments, sandwiches, cakes, and finger food 10.If you leave left-over catering items in the kitchen then it is YOUR responsibility to take them back to the cafeteria. This includes platters, bowls, trays, and serving utensils Note: It is the responsibility of everyone in the office to ensure that the kitchen is left in a tidy state. Part of the help-desk operator’s duties are the cleaning of the kitchen but they will not continue to clean the kitchen if the above rules are not adhered.

i hate people who push infront of you when your lining up for something.....thats why we are lining up-so that the people who get there first get served first.aggghhhh. i also hate how when you are driving at night and just as your coming to a set of lights they turn red and you have to stop and wait for nothing to drive past cause your the only one on the road......it takes ages for those lights to turn green
