Geography was, and is, very easy. Maps are very simple to memorise, and after you do that, everything else falls into place.
Honourable mention to 3 Unit Maths, partuclarly calculus and especially Simple Harmonic Motion, which is the first time you can see how Maths is actually of use in the real world.
English sux, full stop.

always liked general studies myself (and lament its passing in the new 'rationalised' HSC, and wonder why they ditched it at the same time as lamenting the lack of civics education in our schools) - read the paper and talk shit, it's something i've been suited to for all my life. in fact, i reckon HSC general studies would qualify you to host any radio talkback show over the droogs and goons who currently do the job. alan jones vs. an opinionated and ill-informed 19 year old? gimme the 19 year old, they're probably at least going to be a little open-minded!
physics and legal studies weren't bad either - the first because it made maths make sense (yes, calculus has a purpose!) and the latter because it made me think about what the point of a law was and what makes a good or bad law - really interesting and important!

Loved History, I found that kind of thing really interesting, loved modern history especially.
I wasn't a huge sport person, I wasn't as keen a runner until about Year 12 so I hated it when they made us run 'long' distances, now I'm traveling to Canberra to run a Marathon!!!

thinking way back to school.......... its a hazy adventure to be sure...... i think my favourite subject was ; waging...... no the lovely ladies........ no bongs......... i can't remember now...... wait i've got it- .........arguing with the autocratic regime that encourages parrot learning and stiffles the individuals passion for creative learning and freedom of expression in your quest for knowlegde and life experience........ yeah that was it!
