i wanted to go to the 15th, 16th dates but i will be away. anyone else keen for Xaviour, and i think he is actually Kevin Rudd's son of all people.

Whitlams at Penrith RSL Whitlams at the Metro (twice) Whitlams at Scumcastle Leagues
Now if I only had money to go to any of them. That Scumcastle Leagues gig will have iOTA as support which means two great acts in one night!

Whitlams at Penrith RSL Whitlams at the Metro (twice) Whitlams at Scumcastle Leagues Chris, that's far too one-dimensional, you need to be more omni-directional

Bum, bum, bum. I'll be away too. Would have done the Lightning on the 15th and Jets the 16th - that show, (from their site) is 2 sets: 1. New album (they've always been a band whose courage I've respected for putting amounts of their new stuff in the shows) 2. All your favourites Worth a look IMO for anybody whose ever believed in Aussie Pub Rock I do have a little gig to go to on Tues first though. (And first trip back to Telstra since 16.11.2005) for ... "I know it's only Rock and Roll but I like it", for the 3rd time in my life ...THE ROLLING STONES (able supported by our very own The Living End)

I don't think it would have been one of their better gigs, now the metro gigs, they'll be good, but you're still too young.

omni can only compare whitlam gigs to other whitlam gigs. dont worry greenpea, just say if you enjoyed it or not, and thats what determines if it was a "good gig" or "bad gig"
went to the Great Escape Festival at Homebush bay. twas awesome. Eskimo Schmo who are just rubbish panzy rock. Black keys made my night! but definately the one that blew me away was FEMI KUTI, tribal beat band, absolutely amazing i tell you. got everyone dancing around.
got free tickets to Stones, and also MVA awards, and didnt go to both. bit angry about that
oh yeah WOLFMOTHER tickets go on sale soon, they are playing at the HORDERN PAVILLION. just dooo it!
