The post match function for members and players is in the Regency Room of the Leagues Club.
How many Marinators have membership?
Do the Marinators go there or at the Sports Bar?

I'm a member as is my wife, we will probably just go with the flow! With it being the first game might be nice to go to the post match function?

I'd be more inclined to go to the post match function - but I can't do either this week so it's irrelevant this time.

Given we are there to support the players we probably should make some sort of appearance in the function

I think the Kendall bar will be closed after the game anyway, which is why Mick mentioned the sports bar instead.

Yeah after talking to Ivan, the PMF is being run on a first come first serve basis. Now he couldnt tell me exact numbers, but there are at least 3 or 4 times as many members as the capacity of the PMF which is 150. By the time we stay in bay 16 to clap the troops on their victory lap, make our way across, etc etc, all the gold members might have rushed over there and filled it up anyway!
if i do make it in there, which i would like to, i would probably just have a quick chat to the boys then leave to give someone else a turn (assuming it does actually fill up)

Yeh i was thinking the same get into the PMF meet a few of the players and then leave to give someone else a turn, but the way i read the letter it was only when they were in the Macarthur room that there was a number Limit of 150 which was on the 10th and 30th of Sep and the 5th and 25th of November.

I am going to the PMF for a short while then heading home. Unfortunately I have an early start the next day. Also have to be very sober, dammit.

Good one DJ. I've got a 3 day weekend this weekend, but I've had the Friday off. Couldn't swing it forthe Monday off. The rosters are set in stone at the start of each cycle (last week of this 'August' cycle), so I just made sure my days off remained so I could see the Socceroos and the Mariners. Don't know what sort of voice I'll have on Monday tho.

Funny story: Nick Carle came up the tunnel and we all just gave him this filthiest look, and a wide berth Was talking to Leo after the game about Marking Nick - had he have gotten the ball, he hates him as much as I do.
