I agree Bear & Deej, 10 mins would be awsome!!!
Also agree with Perm... they will die off unless we keep em going, so what I suggest is what was done last time (was it Tiger?) who held up a cardboard sign to indicate to the bay that we were going to sing a particular chant for 2 mins. So what we need is one of those signs that says "10 mins of 'yellow army' !" Then perhaps a couple more signs that say "6mins more!..." " 2mins left!.." etc Can anyone whip up some of them for tonight?

Lou, better solution.
A few weeks ago Tiger got the bay going by getting on the mega phone and saying something to the effect of "see the time??? 25th minute. Until it says 30th min, we are all going to sing yellow army, top of our lungs, non stop". It worked, and will work again. Cant wait.

yeah even simple chants can sound awesome when u get the sides involved even if its "mar-iners" clap clap clap etc That simple chant was awesome last night. From where I was sitting it came from the whole ground and I would estimate 90% of the crowd were in it. We are moving forward.

I was doing a cruise of the stadium around that time and when "yellow army'' started, I was up on the western side around bay 3. It sounded and looked absolutely awsome even from there! Well done to all for keeping it going for soooo long, amazing effort!

it sounded awsome and was fun when we did the extended yello army but i was gettin pretty over it when we kept doin it again later in the match if we do a long version of a basic chant then we shouldnt keep doin little versions of it afterwards i was well and truely over yello army when it kept gettin started up half assed.
p.s i think a big congrats should go to all the supporters bay 16 was as good as ever but i was very impressed with all the other bays i was in 16 and could him best i ve ever heard well done

When I saw "Chants" in this thread title I wondered what sort of things you guys sing, and to my suprise, football really is a global thing, all the same songs, just different sides of the world, keep it up!
One you might try to adapt is to the tune of "Nick Nack Paddy Whack, give a dog a bone" very popular in the UK.
