Last year we had an easy choice, this yr not too many spectacular efforts!
Goals that spring to mind are Pondeljaks backheal vs Perth (lost me a near full schooner), again Tommy vs Adelaide round 21, SP's goal in Melbourne in the 3-3 draw, Mori's looping header vs the Jets and SP's header after Jedinaks inch perfect cross vs Adelaide!
Kwassys re-taken penalty vs QLD was a good effort too lol

For me it was a choice of the three Tommy goals as the three top goals of the season.

IMO the build up play then inch perfect cross from Jedinak onto SP's head is a great all round goal, without good service and build up play it makes a strikers job bloody hard. In saying that Tommy's backheal flick and 25 yard lob was top notch!

I think both goals from Tommy in that game were excellent. Not sure if I could pick which one though. www.youtube.com/watch?v=tD4vAD8lY4sFish, will you be narrowing the voting selection down after you get nominations?

I believe if it's a goal, it's nominated. Vote for any goal.

I believe if it's a goal, it's nominated. Vote for any goal. Is it then possible that a goal can win by only getting two or three votes?

Is it then possible that a goal can win by only getting two or three votes? yes, but highly unlikely you are voting for your favourite goal of the season - narrowing list only means people may vote for a goal that was not their original favourite goal

Obviously more people preferred them. First past the post is the domain of the undemocratic ... BTW, back to topic ... how do we actually vote in this .... it is stick our choice here, ja? In that case ... Tommy's flick!

Dibo you would take a poll to see what foot to put on the floor first thing in the morning. The idea is to get peoples opinions not just get 50 mundane voters say"Yeah I agree with them thats my favourite" Take the time to have a look and recall some you may have forgotten about. Its all about individual preference.

My pick..
Jamie Macs header against Melbourne, after Mori ran his big fat ass off to stop the ball going out behind the back line, 1st times it into the middle, then Jamie with the looping header over Theo to make it 1-1. Great goal.
