Put me down for a ticket for each thanks.. a Pacific Hwy pickup from the top of the street will be fine thanks Street name and suburb please, Blackadder, and I'll see what can be done. People, please noteThe bus will be travelling in the opposite direction to the Sydney peak hour flow, mostly, and the lane allocations and traffic lights phasing will be against us. I would like to limit the number of pickup points, if that's allright with everyone, and turn off the Pacific Highway onto Ryde Road (for 13/6) and Mona Vale Road (for 19/6), to avoid the congestion from Gordon thru to Chatswood along the Pacific Highway. If you must insist upon pickups in the heart of Chatswood, be aware that it's going to slow things up. Ultimately, it's what you folks want, I'm just the driver and I'll be happy to pickup wherever you think is fair enough. The departure times form Gosford do allow a bit of leeway with the pickups and unexpected traffic congestion etc. but in my experience, passengers who come along for the full trip would wanna see a football match via the most direct route. Most direct route.....HEAR HEAR!

Pickup Points for Trips to Sydney Trial Matches. Pickup Point 1 Locaton: Cnr Excelsior Rd and Pacific Highway, Mt Colah. Pick up approx 30 - 35 minutes after bus departs CCLC Gosford.
Pickup Point 2 Location: Cnr Katherine St. & Victoria Avenue WEST, Chatswood. Pick up approx 45 -60 minutes after bus departs CCLC Gosford. BE WAITING AT 45 minutes after departure from Gosford, as we cannot wait for stragglers who turn up at the 55 , 59 minute mark. Once we pickup a person we're off! Directions: Take train to Chatswood. Head westward towards Pacific Highway. Walk past Chatswood RSL and wait at bus stop that is closest to Pacific Highway on that side of the road (just west of Katherine St.). It's only a 200 m walk from the station entrance. Intending Passengers for Chatswood pickup: Melsy, Mitch and Juzzy (both trips) and Marinermick (19th). Any one else?

Any one else? for the gladesville game wouldn't a closer pickup to the stadium be more feasible than chatswood? the above means you have to drive to chatswood (traffic nightmare) and then fight the home traffic coming back to north ryde

I believe Melsy and Mitch work in Chatswood? so I thought it good for all 4 of you to meet there. A pickup at Pymble would be a much more ideal pickup. I can then turn either left or right at the major intersection just down the road (Mona Vale, Ryde Rds. and Pacific Hwy.) depending upon which Park we're heading for. If everyone is more agreeable to a Pymble pickup, it should give us more time to get there and everyone to be ready for the match ( maybe even grab some food!). Can everyone make it to Pymble (via trainline?) in sufficient time? We have a 2 hour time limit for the Cromer game (from Gosford) on the 19th, whereas on the 13th we have only 1 hour 45 mins. (but Christie Park is closer). A pickup at Chatswood is possible, but a Pymble pickup is ideal. The ball's in your court folks.

I can call in there and pick you up no problems. Thanks for your co operation! Marinermick, is Pymble OK for you on the 19th?

I work in North Ryde so for the Gladesville game I only need a lift back not a pick up on the way. I will be meeting the crew at the game. If Melsy, Chimmi and Mitch can get to Pymble that would be great as coming back from Chatswood would be a nightmare at that time.

Mitch and i will be at Pymble. That's great ;D Marinermick, can Chimmi make it to Pymble instead of Chatswood for a pickup both games? And yes, Mick, I got it that you were making your own way to Christie Park but needed a lift home. And needed a pickup on the 19th. Question is: Can you make it to Pymble on the 19th? (we'll probably be zooming thru Pymble about 5:40 - 5:50 or so on that date).
