Well, brad's not wrong. why dont you bring more people with you next time? we've lost so many people, and there has to be no doubting that. we've got more people in, but it's not enough.

we are quite in comparison to the others in the a-league because we dont have a roof over our heads which means we have to work about 10 times as hard as the others in the a-league

My brother asked me "were you one of those pasty bald guys spinning their jerseys after Aloisi scored..?" so the celebrations are getting full coverage.
Also, the singing against Adelaide last night was loud and clear and most of us joined in all the way over at bay six and beyond.

Sundays have definitely been a factor for many; definitely contributes to lack of enthusiasm and volume.
The afternoon timeslot also affects the way the sound carries; the still night air keeps the sound in the stadium compared to an afternoon breeze blowing from the water to the north. Still nothing on the effect a roof would have.

Errr, I was one of those of those pasty bald guys spinning their shirts around.
I have been threatened with death should I ever consider doing this again, but seeing as the person who made the threat is the marine equivalent of a muppet, I may do so again, perhaps NOT whilst the wife is present.
And I am not pasty thank you, just fat, bald and past it.
We are not as loud because we have a lot of new people in the Home End, and many of the old-timers who have left the End were really into the songs and chants. Be patient, we will get progressively louder.

The dynamic has been a bit different from season one but I think the volume is heading in the right direction over the last few games. Participation around the stadium was immense on Saturday as well. There was incredible noise shortly after the 2-0. Those who are there are still singing as loudly as they ever have as far as I can see, so is it up to people to say something like 'f*** it, I will go through the torture of standing in the sun on a perfect Saturday afternoon because I AM passionate about this club and they need my support!' Not meaning to pick on you bradley, I can see you're making an observation without criticising, but to answer your question 'whats happened', its up to the people who don't go to bay 16 to ask themselves why not. If 'sunny' and 'rainy' are both excuses it's a wonder anyone ever shows up

I just got sick of standing in the sun That, im sorry, is a piss pore excuse. Iv had a headache since kickoff on Saturday that wont go away due to the sun and the beers I had before heading to the bay, and I would not change a thing. Dose that make me a bigger fan? No, it means you should harden the f*** up and stop making excuses for not contributing, and makes you look stupid for having a cry. Would you think it acceptable if John Aloisi said he didnt want to play Saturday, cos it was to hot in the sun due to the kick off time?

Be patient, we will get progressively louder. Is it worth asking why those people have left? I know a lot still go to the games, so what has changed about the bay that has/is driving away some of the more passoniate and vocal supporters?

Some people who were in Bay 16 have families, so they prefer to sit with the wife and kids in the stands.

If it were me, the only reason I'd leave the bay, is because the view is shite!! You can view the game a lot better from the stands.
