I was just wondering what the future holds??
How many years guaranteed do we have in A-League? did we get a 5 year license like New Zealand did?
I heard rumours about relocation and i'm worried because we have a team now and we have been stiff with the rain.

Hi Razza,
Well, I suppose the best way to answer your questions are as such:
1) Yes, we were granted a five year license in the Hyundai A-League, as were each of the other seven clubs.
2) Relocation is certainly not on the agenda, all of the staff and administration at the Mariners are commited to making our team a very long term proposition. Although we've got off to somewhat of a slow start, I'm sure you would agree that we are moving in the right direction. Crowd numbers are starting to increase, (as exemplified by 7,500 turning up to watch us play the bottom placed club in driving rain!) the players are performing honourably on the pitch and our office is about to relocate to bigger and better premises!
We knew it would be a tough start, but everyone at the club is overwhelmingly positive as to what the future holds.
