Hi guys. I noticed Heff was having breathing problems and needed to use his ventolin/asmol during the match.
As an asthmatic myself, and knowing how lazy we all are when it comes to medication, ask heff if he's tried Symbicort?
Since using this, I no longer use ventolin at all (even when training) and only need to use this of a morning and night.
Of course, please check to make sure it's okay to use in this sport as it may have steroids.
