Todays tele had a story about Mori possibly receiving a hostile return to Gosford. I reckon anyone that boo's Mori is a wanker. He came in when we were struggling and helped turn our season around. He wanted to stay longer but had no choice but to leave (thanks FFA). I'll be cheering his name on the big screen before the game. Having said that I hope he doesn't score! What does everyone else think?

He helped us, and it is my understabnding, as has been pointed out, that he wanted to stay but couldn't so I (personally) don't see why he should be booed.

I wonder if he "coincidently" has a quiet game against his former club, kinda like he did for us against perth. Doubt it though

Big cheer I reckon when he is put up on the screen!
when the game starts then it's open season. sorry no player won't get some treatment for being opposition, but I think anyone booing should be forced to sit in the middle of the sitting brigade until there ears start to bleed due to the silence eminating from around them!

No way, he's an opposition player, he did leave, no cheer. spot on he was going to leave even if the mariners could make an offer. he wanted a permanent move to qld. i wont give him any extra treatment. just the same as his team mates. save the energy for the greatest aust coach of all time. in his opinion atleast

Wont boo, wont cheer, just another opposition player. I read that report in the Tele and I doubt that with his experience, a few boos are gonna put him off.
Happy to join in any chants taking the p#ss out of him if he doesnt score/get the ball etc but thats about it really.
I will be saving everything for Reddy..........there is no depths we can stoop to for this little piece of sh#t

I'm with you NS & greenpoleffc. No boo, no cheer, just another player that I will applaud when the game is over no matter what.

when we go 1 up...
Mori? Whats the score? Mori Mori whats the score?
Nothing malicious, but you gotta take the piss a little. We enjoyed having him in the club, and no we didnt part on bad terms, its just an unfortunate situation to be in. I don't think theres any need to boo him, but any chants that go up that aren't completely innapropriate shouldn't be held back because of lingering connections to the lard-arse.

Good to see people are being sensible about Mori's return....a bit of piss taking is fine, but I can't stand it when ANY former player is booed just because he had the cheek to go somewhere else.....happens all the time in the UK.
One thing confuses me a little, though.....like a lot of others, I had read (and believed) that Mori wanted to stay, and would have if the F-ingFA hadn't stuffed things up. One or two people on this thread, though, are suggesting that he would have left anyway, and that he was after a move to Qld. Why would this be? I know he has some sort of business & footballing connections with Adelaide, but I wasn't aware of anything tying him to Qld.
Please explain......

I don't know if it's why he moved but he could be signed for the rest of the season with the roar, something we couldn't offer.

Mori wanted to stay but couldn't. Those saying he would have went to QLD anyway are wrong.
