I am also a believer that once the local league, union, football and any other code that is being played at the moment is finished, the crowds will come.

2-1 win to Mariners is alright too. So is the $3.55 for an outright win.

Doesn't it feel good to have a competition named after the best team in the comp ?

I was just wondering if there will be an A-League tipping comp set up for Mariners fans.
I know from other threads that it was being looked into. How far has it come ?

Bring a raincoat !!!! Everyone just get there !!! you are preaching to the converted it's the fair weather supporters that will stay away at the slightest hint of rain I wasn't referring to you Mick. Sorry if it came accross that way. I was refering to the people that may have been discouraged about the weather.

Anything less than 10 000 is disappointing. I plan to have no voice by the end of the night singing and chanting with the Marinators.

I know you guys hate the telegraph, but it was reported that we are close to signing a Major deal with Toshiba. They will also provide all electronic equipment to the Mariners for 12 months.

If it were in the Telegraph that it is on at Gosford then it is definitely at Aussie Stadium. Don't say that I was on top of the world when I read it this morning.
