I saw the sasho song on the forum around the time when he joined the mariners. This one has its own thread. As posted in A-League Round One v Sydney thread. If Trotty is given Rnd1 V The Bling, then I'd b doubley happy! First because it would reward his recent form and Second because I''ve been working on a new chant for him, his old: Hot 2 Trott Hot 2 Trott Hot 2 Trott, is.... well pretty lame/simple and I think a bit short. I've written him his own new chant which is based on his 'team' nickname, "Dip or Dippa" ( for him having kept his original job/ x2 paypackets= Double Dipp'n, when 1st signed by CCM) that Wilko recently wrote about in the 'Captains Corner' of the CC Express. I think it would even add to his confidence when making saves in front of US in Bay16 ! Sung to the Oompa-Loompa song from Willy Wonka & the Choc Factory: Dip-parr Dip-parr Dip-pardee Doooooo aLightning Goal Keeper Toooo clever forrrr youuuu. when the marinators were celebrating after the qld match at kitty o'sheas ($4 mckenna bourbon udls ;D) thunderstruck by ac/dc came on
it got quickly changed to:
"nah, nah, nah, mrdja
nah, nah, nah, mrdja"
sounded awesome and could be sung in big numbers effectively
also would be good with drums

Cheers, Matt. welcome aboard, and feel free to throw any suggestions out there! i love the song, but given the lack of a strings section in bay 16, i reckon we'll leave it to the wee folks in the squadron who are apparently giving it a squeal. i don't reckon it'll work out too well as an anthem because it's got quite large pauses and musical breaks in it - hence the need for the strings... |

Boy oh boy, I can't let this little puppy go.
Whilst I'm not a fan of Coldplay, Yellow doesn't seem too bad, as mentioned in this thread. Where are we on that?
