I had money on the Mariners last week and they won. I have money on the Mariners this week.
You are safe.
EDIT: I had money on Barcelona last week, I am not perfect.

Spotted Phoenix training at Ettalong Oval this morning. I've got a photo - how do I add it? I think most teams train there when they travel here, because I think most stay at Ettalong Club. I remember seeing the Queensland Roar train at Ettalong Oval the other week and have heard numerous stories about teams staying and Partying at Ettalong Club, even Scum players trashing rooms, and Reddy being an absolute c*nt!

Sorry but I just got this emailed to me and couldn't resist
A Kiwi walks into his bedroom with a sheep under his arm and says "Darling, this is the pig I have sex with when you have a headache."
His girlfriend is lying in bed and replies: "I think you'll find that's a sheep, you idiot".
The man says: "I think you'll find I wasn't talking to you."

Looks a great night and big crowd, with plenty of kids which is great for the future of the Mariners

Great opening 35 minutes again by the boys. Ashame we seemed to shut up shop in the second half. Ferrante is a f*cking disgrace. I truly can't believe we were looking at signing him.

im sorry if some of u guys perceive me as a troll or noob, but something needs to be done about bay 16. suffice to say i rarely post but tonight was disheartening, coming off the high of sydney, tonight was disgraceful (crowd wise). we should approach the board of ccm and organise seating for a supporters group. i am sick of people sitting in bay 16 and refusing to stand, sing or sing with the majority. once again i apologise to those who think i dont warrant a say because i rarely post, but im just quoting things as i see them.

How easy was that - training run after 35 mins really.
Kwassie - top class finish, outside of the left foot.........clarsh. Nik too good for them really. Early contender for goal of the season.
9,052 was a little disappointing but NZ are arent going to draw a crowd and the drug addicts are still playing their silly game for a few more weeks.
Loved the "Joey, takes lots of e" songs.
Now, who is top of the league again :-)

Great work by the boys tonight, some beautiful football played tonight - although in the 2nd half I think Wellington were actually the better team. And were they actually fitter than us? Thank god for that crossbar!! Man, we're looking good this season. We're really getting it together. Bloody beautiful. universalmind - all fair points, but are you criticising the number of people at the match, the number of people in bay 16, or how those in bay 16 behave (ie those who don't get involved)? You port seemed to drift between the three. While the more established posters will naturally get more respect than some relative unknowns (well....depends on the poster ) , particularly when making controversial posts, as long as you show an interest as a fan and provide reasoning and solutions then I don't think anybody could accuse you of trolling, nor should anybody hold your post count against you

Another minor stat to mention, is that Kwasnik is equal to Petrie as the Mariners top goal scorer in a-league games after tonight

If he doesn't get injured (I know don't mention the I word)
Great to see the three scorers this season as Petrovski, Mrdja & Kwasnik.
5 points clear, 2 from 2, 4 for 0 against, top of the league, life is sweet!
