1. Overcrowding of bay 16 (sydney/newcastle/winning streak bandwagon) A. get there earlierYeah I was thinking more about the number of people packing into the bay during these games. You can get there early and have plenty of room until a few mins before kickoff when people jam into the bay, and you end up squashed in 3 to a seat. Possible solution is reserved seating, *or* security/ground staff could be around stopping people from going in to rows that are already full... that would be more helpful than kicking people out for throwing empty plastic cups in the air.

Seems like there are a few problems getting mixed up here: 1. Not being able to get a seat in bay 16 because it is full when you get there A. get there earlier1. Overcrowding of bay 16 (sydney/newcastle/winning streak bandwagon) A. get there earlier3. People not joining in the songs A. get there earlier and spread out. If there are voices coming from all around you, your more likely to join in or wearing yellow maybe start handing out something yellow to those not wearing yellow, I'm thinking like $2 yellow ponchos or something to get the message across I said some of our fans were a bit Dicky but getting em to wear Yellow Ponchos...thats dreadful. What about Yellow Boater hats..lol. If you blokes and ladies make Bay 16 more hardcore the faggy looking emo's will melt away. When I used to go to the Football in England the main end would be full of supporters but when the main crew came in (in this case the Marinators) they simply took over the equvilant of Bay 16 and the more part time supporters will move to bays 15 & 17.

Why not a Marinators section with reserved seating for what gets sold in season tickets? To buy a "marinators" season ticket, you need to have a "marinators club" membership.
That way come the first game of the season, the marinators will know how much of the bay will be filled by marinators, and the rest of the seats in the bay(s) are up for grabs general admission. Anyone is more than welcome to stand and sing with us in the surrounding areas?
When i first thought of this the problem people would suggest to me was that the marinators did not want to have any member fees etc. But since there is an official club. Why not now?
The whole GA area does not have to be this way. But why not a small section? The ground is filled with "sections"
Also i think most stadiums and clubs these days sell fans (eg. cove) tickets. Seperate to GA.

Seperate to GA. we have an allocation for away games and reserved seating logostically there is nothing stopping us doing this that's probably the way to do it. there will *always* be some people in the bay who have no idea what to do and won't help, but there is a point where you simply get enough critical mass that it doesn't matter. the marinators bay will also let us know (through sales numbers) how big we're getting in terms of people wanting to be with us. if 464 marinator tickets are sold, that's a bay. if 928 are sold, that's two. this means that we'll have some real idea if we need to 'officially' take a second bay, then a third... membership sales will offer a guide before the season even begins. all these people are self-selecting - they know at time of purchase that they're not there to be near the marinators but be in it.
