Harper and slater (especialy slater IMO) are outright shockers who really should be moved for someone with some style and intelligence (just general intelligence, let alone football knowledge), also someone who can hold their "supporters cap" down until the commentary is done.

Fox would have to be the most biased comentary teams in teleivised football. It always seems to be slanted to one team or the other, and not nessecarily the best team on the park either. Slater just waffles on and abuses the english language.
I only watch total football to see what happened in games I didnt watch, some of their comments make you cringe. Simon Hill goes along way to giving the show some credit... Cockerill too!

I'd choose eddie mcguire commentating a Magpies match over Slater and Harps there that bad.
Simon Hill is a class above anyone in theis country on play-by-play commentary and even though Cockerill is a bit of a bandwagon jumper at times his columns are a very good read and he adds some insightfl comments to the team,

I'm not sure if this had been mentioned, but did everyone know that this game was Lawrie's 50th game in charge. First A-League coach to achieve that.

Lawrie , Ian Ferguson and Alex Tobin are the best coaching staff in the A League (highest credentialled as well).

I'll sink a BlueTongue in their honour on Sunday!
