Who Plays Football here on the Coast. I bet half the people here play or have played in their life time.
I play for Kincumber and last season I was in the Grand Final 15C Team. I have played with them for 9 years and if you do the math next year is my 10 season.

3 seasons with Killarney District in early 1980s - in approximately 40 games i scored once, a scorcher from about 15yds - actually the ball popped out of a pack and i 'hoofed' it as hard as i could, it was a co-incidence the goal was in front of me at the time.'

played for gosford city for 11 seasons (89-99, basically every year i lived there i played there) and then have played for sydney uni for 5 (2001-5). so although i've spent more years now living in sydney (til i was 8, since i was 19, am now 25 so 14 years as against 11) football-wise the coast is my home.

Yea i dont blame you Bearinator for moving from Gosford, i know i would never want to play there. but then i would never play anywhere else on the coast besides Kincumber

12 years with Wyoming in goal = 1 yellow card 1 year with Gosford in goal = 2 red cards and a total of 12 week suspended. Bad club, bad reputation. Im playing up front next year.

Wow Bearinator what did you do to get suspended for 12 weeks?
Played my 1st ever football season with Woy Woy this year in All Age.
Played most of the time as a striker and scored 2 goals (in my first game, then nothing for the rest of the season! had a couple of close calls)
Also played a little bit in defence and midfield. Probably play in the backs next season as I felt lost in the midfield.
Overall I had a great time and am looking forward to next season.

It was a revenge attack for all those that he has rendered useless in his career but there will be more to follow

Hilly1981: I got 4 weeks for kneeing a guy in the back of the head after he cleaned me up, and 8 weeks for crash tackling 1 guy 2 the ground and punching another guy in the face (stupid woy woy scum). But they deserved it, as they always do. MsCanada: Thanks for the defense, but I can take the criticism Fish: Just you wait mate, just you wait............

Bearinator: Do you play all age or grade? I take it you dont have a very positive view on the Woy Woy club I wasnt really clued up on what clubs or players thought of other clubs etc.. before I joined Woy Woy this year because I had been playing Rugby Union for the previous 4 years. Anyway I just play for the enjoyment factor and the last thing I do on the field is play dirty.

i've always managed to get away with the occasional cynical 'mistimed' challenge at the back - 'he's past me, i'll just kive his ankle a tiny kick so he trips...' - without too many problems, average a coupla cards a year... though i managed my one and only send off season before last for two yellows and the first one was for protesting a terrible call - our striker receives the ball, has a defender coming at him from behind, defender kicks the back of his leg and then falls over, somehow wins a free kick. i said 'you're kidding' to the referee, he cards me... the second i completely deserved, though i never elbowed the guy, it just looked like it. ;D i've got nothing on bearinator though

But if Bearinator was a marquee player he would have gotten away with 3 weeks.
