OK how about this: - once we get in, get set up and settled down, mick and kevrenor can start things off with a few words, welcome everyone, thank the sponsors, a bit about the shirts, the logo, and introduce our patron.
- lou can come on, unveil/show off our banners, our bank account, maybe mention our meeting with the mariners, and lead into the website
- adz and mrcelery can come up with him and speak a bit about the website/field questions about it
- if someone from the mariners is present they might like to speak
- mick and kevrenor can finish things off with comments about whats coming up for the marinators, all other relevant information, and an announcement that the first round is on mick!
should fit our time frame pretty nicely. did i miss anything? |

A max of ten minutes per item please.
All the names mentioned love to talk ;D so could blow out if not kept tight.
Ideally the website presentation should run itself, as it's a visual thing, not much need for words. Adz, I might have a go at making a 5 minute mini-movie off a disk.

If media coming do we need a female ... er ... face on show? eg. marinatormum, marconi_girl, or better still Sarah? i would be on crowd control of course nah well i would be happy to MC and introduce speakers since most of us are still coming to grips with whose face is who. i could keep an eye on the watch and give whoever is talking the windup etc as well. can you fire out a media release tomorrow mick? totally agree about the female face, it'd be good to show up in the paper with a picture that implies 'mariners fans - its for everyone' rather than 'mariners fans - you have to be a male pisshead aged 18-55' |

agree we need to contact media.
some kind of movie file would work mr celery,sort of 'self presenting' then.(maybe it could be just continually running in the background?)
the banners can just be hanging up somewhere?
and we'll be wearing the shirts. Hopefully someone will volunteer to sell em?

a friend of mine (Adam Mark - ex-Coastie) has just been appointed the new media manager for the A-league so happy days
i am also sending an official invite to key people at the Mariners and the FFA
