Paul O'Grady has an inpunctured lung I take it 'inpunctured' is a joke ripping off the various uses of the "word" 'invertibrae' that's showed up a couple of times (and puts me in mind of sea cucumbers and earthworms...) when what people really mean is he has a 'punctured' lung and issues of some description with several 'vertebrae'. ;D anyway, nasty injuries, and hope he comes up ok. the vertebrae in particular are not good - if he's fractured a vertebra (especially a higher one) then that can have then that can mean he's gonna be a little nervous going up for headers and such. ...anyway, there is already a thread for this.

Appologies in advance if this has been mentioned ...
Any thoughts of upgrading to vBulletin forum software?

Appologies in advance if this has been mentioned ... Any thoughts of upgrading to vBulletin forum software? i don't think the admin team have really seen any reason to. it's not the world's prettiest forum, but as i understand it it's free and practically bulletproof (compare to the sfc or scum forums which break down more than harry kewell does). but if you've got spectacularly good reasons why we might... fire away.

I find this forum the easiest to navigate around out of multiple footballing forums. i don't think it needs a change but im sure this "vBulletin" style is good for one reason or another.

And run third party, over in the USA jurisdiction, which relieves us all of most legal worries! ;D

Yes folks, the background DOES change according to the time of day and current weather over Gosford! Brill! There is much more to come from the site this year. Those interested in contributing should make a note here!

I lost count of the number of times I got to the kendall bar before a game and thought - shit, I forgot to update the countdown with next week's game time.. never knew if anyone even noticed half the time ;D

Love the design, the colours are very pleasing to the eye and the banner is great. Well done and thanks for all the effort involved.

Yeah great work Adz and anyone else involved with the website. I only noticed the changing sky according with the weather/ time of day thingy this morning (first time I've checked the website this early ) - another good innovation mate!

Excellent work Adz!
Love the video feed, and the overall structure of the site, including the little touches like the changing banner and weather.
I miss the countdown to kickoff too!

Is that count down skull cross thing going to be put back on the homepage or not?
