What a legend..............Bay 16 with the Marinators singing his heart out And still bright and cheerfull - and pumped up by the whole Mariners thing - on the 10:51pm train back to Woy Woy! PS. What an honour too, to shake the hand of the legendary Joe Marston - International, played top div in England in the '50s, FA Cup with Preston NE, and I saw him play when I was 6 for APIA. |

A more than worthy choice as patron. Great to hear '1 donny parkes' chant time and time again

Having met Don for the first time on Sat night, and talking to him and seeing him join in the atmosphere of Bay 16, all I can say is a inspired choice as Patron

Don didn't sit down the whole game. He was cheerin louder and disco dancin more than anyone. It was awesome to see him supporting the Mariners. Looking forward to seeing him at this saturdays game.

Was Donny at the Jest game on the weekend? I was in the Kendall until 2:30pm and don't recall him popping-in like he usually does. Likewise in the bay, normally, "there's only one........" goes up for him when he enters the Bay, don't think it happened though. Donny Parkes, where art'thou?  ?? |
