Happy Birthday Donny Parkes, and what a way to celebrate it. His beloved Socceroos in the WC Finals and he's there!!! I have had the privelege of speaking to Donny a number of times and he is really a wealth of good stories about what's happened with football in Australia over the last 40+ years.

had the pleasure of meeting the mighty donny parkes on the way into the stadium for the sydney game this year, a nicer fellow you couldnt meet, as for him being the benchmark i'm 44 and if the storys are accurate I wouldnt stand a chance keeping up with the old legend. good on ya Don

thanks guys! Got a message from lou asking for the full pic to print/frame for the kendal! yay! I think i'm gonna have to start bringing my camera to the games, we need some more crowd shots and i'm gonna try to get a good one of the flag during the syndey game in a few weeks.
