I think the intent of the posting was to arrange a christmas float for the Gosford community christmas parade with the honourable intent of helping others.
It is ashame that some people choose to lower the tone of the event and bring it to a degrading level.
After all there is a very special reason why so many people choose to celebrate Christmas and Omni you are one of those.
So thank you to Charles for being able to supply a flat top truck and to all the others who have so positively embraced the event. After all we represent our club "Central Coast Mariners FC" when we wear our yellow and they are very community minded and demonstrate helping others.
So lets get behind the reason for the event and celebrate Christmas and football which ties people for many walks of life and with many different beliefs.

Now that we're (sorta) back on topic, how are the numbers going?
I can provide 3 (at least) including 2 kids (Yellow = CCM gradiated polo and 2x home jersey)

ANYWAY..... back to the original thread.... Have you got anything special for yourself to wear for the parade yet? got a wig? ..or got some yellow/blue tinsel..or got some face paint?.. Speaking of which...are there any face painters out there who want the job?....or do we know anyone who does face painting?

I understand it's starting around Mitre 10 and I think it ends near the club somewhere. I think we will need to be around Mitre 10 for around 10.30ish. Any volunteers for driving the leagues club ute?

Yes, I can do this, LouMacari. thanks Auburn, but I'd kinda like you to be up on the top of the ute leading the chants, organising the walkers and being generally being an icon (target ) for the kids (& their chewed up bubble gum ) Anyone else?

Hi, if you are going to use the Ute I'll need the time of pick up from the Club. You'll need to show a valid drivers licence, (plus an envolope adressed to me with $6000 cash deposit in it )Give yourself time if you are decorating it. Will you need the flags? We will have the cartons of drink ready for pick up when you collect the keys. Give me a call when it gets closer to the time to confirm,an what else you'll need. Thanks Charles CCLC

Thank you Charles and thank you Mick! I'll be in touch Charles, I think at least one of the flags to drape over the ute would be good.
Mick, thats brilliant, thanks.
