Does this automatically mean Heff and Megsi are lost to the Mariners?
I read somewhere that they were looking to sign omn for the last 14 weeks of the competition. Then see what happens from there.

This situation has 3 interesting aspects 1.is this the future of the club, development then sale, not to bad if in the future its cc locals lads and consider this, if their contracts are bought out 1.5 mill in the red mite turn black ;D 2 Whats the gumpy connection got to do with this. If there is a connection I dont think its a bad thing. Any other A league players trialing in germany? 3Their both a credit to the mariners, the coaches, the A league and aust. Good luck ;D

I was chatting to Ben coonan this morning and he was chatting to Meggsy.
Expect an annoucement no later then early next week. I reckon it might be awards night.
Anyway Meggsy was saying that Gumpy joined in for a few training sessions. He said that Gumpy was awesome and scoring bombs from 30 yards. He said that Gumpy was easily of standard.

Its all but done, yeah? Its been in the papers for the last couple of days.
Sad they're leaving, but good luck to them both.
Just hope we get the market transfer fee for them and don't get screwed because we're not a European club

hello guys from nürnberg / germany,
sorry.. my english is not the best.
did you have more informations about heffernan and beauchamp comes to 1.fc nürnberg? i think, you guys are not so afraid to lost this two players. i can understand it. but i think, thats a good Opportunity for this players. at next season, we have also an australian player. his name was joshua kennedy. Then we are almost an australian team ;-) (little joke).
a little bit about our team: - we have the second most champion titles in germany. but the last one was in 1968. - actually we was on 11´th (from 18) place in the league, but its possible with one or two winnig games to come on 5-8´th place. its more potential in the team to play next season a little bit better. i hope it. - we have a good stadium, not the best but its ok. we are wm-city 2006
sorry, when are mistakes in this post.
bye and greetings to australia

Kennedy is goalkeeper isn't he? Striker. Apparently he is quite a big boy. He was with 2nd div club Dynamo Dresden and was rumoured to be moving to Nurnberg but I must have missed the time when he actually did? I know I'm being impatient, but does anyone have any idea if the Mariners would be in line to receive a transfer fee for Megs and Heff? For a start were they both still on contract to the Mariners or were they only on one season?
