Meggzi and Heff will travel to Germany next week ( pending FFA approval ) to trial with FC Nurnberg. Currently running 14th in the Bundesliga.
Hope all goes well and we see Meggzi and Heff on the big stage.
Lock up your daughters Heff on his way.

i cant see why we wouldnt they are under contract so therefore will need to be purchased so that we give up the rest of their contract i would imagine we would get some decent dollars for the pair of them Good luck to them!!

Good luck to them, if they do go we'll be able to start talking about transfer targets.
It'll give me a side in Germany to support!

heff would be at a guess on 40k a year. I'd say Nurnberg would offer 80k if they like what he does during the trial. Meggsi will undoubtely have hype and so Nurnberg will have to pay something like 250k before we start considering the offer. This is what I'm thinking anyway. The Germans probably got The Heff mixed up with The Hoff.

40k a year! bloody hell that seems low as does 80K. If they are on such low money I'd hope their trip to Germany is successful. 80K wouldn't go too far there.

40k a year is a conservative estimate of Heff's wage and 80k was the transfer fee that I thought Nurnberg would give CCMFC if Heff had a year left on a 40k p.a. contract. I know I wouldn't pay more than 100k transfer fee and give him a 2 year contact worth 100k unless he really impressed in the trials. He may of bagged a heap of goals but that was in Australia. What is the league's standard of play, and will he adjust to German style? I wouldn't pay too much at the risk of getting bad answers to these questions. I think, Congo, you're too desensitised to huge fees because of the money in the top leagues. But again, I'm really just guessing.

I think we will have a tough time finding a left back who can score goals like Heff and O'Grady and Clarky will have to try pull out some of those unbelievable tackles that Meggzi done.
I am just shattered that heff is going noooooooo. oh well at least i can follow a team in germany now

But it works both ways.....when heff goes looking for goals he leaves a massive whole at the back
