G'day,
Ex-Ourimbah player here, now living in QLD -_-
I can't tell you how awesome it is to see Central Coast in the A-League, and on top of the ladder. I used to love watching the Coasties playing at Pluim.
Good times.

Hi all, I'm a huge Mariners supporter and I've been popping on here and reading the forum for a while now and figured I may as well join to put in my two cents! No doubt I'll see you round the Kendall and Bay 16 (some of you may know my face - I'm serious14's girlfriend - don't hold it against me!!) soon enough for some beers and singing!

I'm serious14's girlfriend well good on you for admitting that... took a lot of guts... and the first step, of course, is admitting you have a problem, and we can help you from there

Hi all, I'm Matt, father of two kids (8 & 6) playing at Avoca. My eldest has told me I no longer have to worry about my future because he's going to be a professional football player and will be happy to look after the family!!
I'm now a football tragic with the rest of the family.
Thought it'd be safer keeping the group in bay six insteading of dodging one of Kwassies stray bullets from bay 16!!
Cheers and hope to be on here more often,
Matt.

Welcome Matt. We need vocal supporters throughout the whole stadium, not just bay 16. I hope you and your family have a great time at the game on Sunday and sing yourselves voiceless.

Welcome Matt. If you want to call into the Kendall bar any time before the homegames, we'd love to see you in there. (family area is at the front of the club too)
for a lot of the away games, they are screened in the kendall bar on the new big screen projector and very often is a 'family' area (is normally posted on these forums whether families are ok or not)

G'Day all. My name is Barrett and I'm from the great state of Texas. Yes, we have football here too, and we don't all ride horses to work or own a ranch. I'm a big fan of our local club here, FC Dallas, and Everton in the EPL. I became interested in A-League football after seeing the highlight shows on Fox Soccer Channel. Unfortunely that's all I have to keep up with A-League, but I'm certain I can find somewhere to see the matches online. I'm not sure why I picked the Mariners as my club to cheer for, I supposed they just resembled my home club.

How do your footballers head the ball, seeing that every guy in texas only takes off his stetson hat off to shower & sleep?

Welcome Texas. good to see more fans from further away than me Another question....Do you find american football commontators annoying when they say "Pks" insted of penalty's and "Top of the 18" insted of outside the box??

Not really. There are some Americanized terms that our commentators use, but neither of those really bother me. I think one-touch passes are referred to as "give-and-go's" as a reference to basketball, which is quite silly.
