A nice easy run out - possibly one of our easier pre season games??
Happy to see the lads play within themselves and in truth we never looked in any danger all game.
Good crowd for pre season cup too...

8,000+ very good for a pre season game, 2-0 win and could have been more.
Some good work by Danny V keeping a clean sheet, no injuries the win and bonus point can't complain to much i guess.

yep - very good performance from the boys. A couple of dodgy moments in defence that other teams could punish but very happy with that display, well done boys! My thoughts were don't play Hutch at LB, Viddy is past it bring on Boogs, Mrdja looked ok but lazy at times, Kwas was moved out to the left when he was doing a great job on the right? and Mile is awesome! Gumps had a better game than last week and Danny as usual played very well. Great to see Wilko score his first for the Mariners!  Bring on Orange |

a few bugs to iron out in defence as dj said but some clinical finishing, nice to see Kwasnik on the scoresheet to appease those who gave him heaps last year
