The up and down ride with our team continued last week with a 4nil win over a struggling doyalson. In the past 4 weeks we have won 7-2 lost 5-1 won 7-1 won 4-0 its been crazy expecting a much tighter hard fought match this week coming up against a very inform budgie team who has had i believe 3 wins and a draw with the top 4 teams in consecutive or nearly consecutive weeks. its a must win game for both teams as the loser will have a very hard time making the semis. Bring it on budgy vs kanwal @kawal 1045!
P.s Ryan will you be playing?

We (Kariong WAA4's) have 46 against, and 2 for. We're not sad, because ultimately, football is the winner. ;D ;D ;D

We'd like a draw by the end of the season. Hehehe!! Mick yells other stuff on the sideline! He's also REAL encouraging to our coach, Ash. Used to say stuff like, "It will be so rewarding to coach these ladies," all the while thinking, "Phew, glad its not me." But seriously, if we use our coach up by the end of this season, do we have potential candidates among the Marinators?

The SEU keeper only just caught it.

We'd like a draw by the end of the season. I'd rather see you girls crack the champagne before the end of the season. But a draw must only be around the corner. And congrats to Eggy's team on a good result, Eggy I'll let you get away with the team only scoring 4 against Doylo

For the first time, the ball was out of our half for a largish chunk of the game. Teriyaki sports a rude spot injury to prove she put her body on the line. Congratulations to Chimmi Churri who received Coach's Lady of the Match. Big thanks to T, Nutmeg and Dru who got her on the pitch. ;D

Now if you could combine the attcking effort of the weekends game with the defensive performance you girls had against umina with only 10 players you would have the draw in no time Should only having 10 players really bring out so many positives? ;D And No worries about getting chimmi there, T and sugerfreak did most of the work there. as long as no one was expecting a bright and chirpy dru on the sidelines ;D

hmm - no comment on lady of match...
I will say however, getting there a little late, one of the SEU players thought i was the 12th player on the field - not the 10th. She even tried to appeal to the ref before our Coach pointed out that until then they had been playing against only 9 players.

But you wouldn't take advantage of that would you T? I don't do foul throws (mainly causes i rarly take the throw ins) but I may have taken advantage of the fact that the ref didn't know about dropping the shoulder a little
