ok, here it is: fcn.de: How often did you visit the kangaroos in the zoo? Meggsy: Honestly, I didn't have time to visit my "country-people (?)" in the zoo so far. Maybe I do that when I get homesick. fcn.de: How did you get accustomed to Nuremberg? Have you visit any sights yet? Meggsy: I feel very comfortable here in Nuremberg, it's like a second home. As my girlfriend is here aswell, everything gets a lot easier. And it's good to have 3 more Australians in the team - that's seldom. But the other guys in the team made it easy for me aswell. I've been to the Doku-Zentrum (that's a kind of museum about the time of Hitler, especially about his "work" in Nuremberg). In Australia we don't have that much historical sights, so it was very interesting for me. But I haven't tried the famous Bratwürste (sausages) yet, that's one thing I have to do. fcn.de: How do you feel playing in the Bundesliga? Meggsy: I feel more comfortable and safer with every match I play for Nuremberg. The team helps me wherever and whenever it is necessary. In comparison to the A-League, it is played faster in the Bundesliga. Additionally, you have to be concentrated the full match time. fcn.de: Is the FC Nuremberg seen differently/in another way in Australia? Meggsy: Now, many Australians are interested in German football/soccer. I receive E-Mails from fans in Australia who even have questions on the Club. In Australia you can watch the matches in the internet or via satellite in the pay-tv. fcn.de: What did you think during the last two minutes of the match against Bochum (last Sunday)? Meggsy: It was unbelievable. That's the proof that a match isn't over till the last minute is played. The goals Ivan (Saenko) scored were great. The 3 points are very important when you have a look at the schedule. fcn.de: What do you say about the next opponent, Energie Cottbus? Meggsy: Against Cottbus I played my first minutes for Nuremberg, as I was changed in for the last 2 minutes. If we play in the same manner we did in the last matches then we should win. It's gonna be a tough match, but we play at home and are supported by our fans! That's it. I hope you understand it

There's an interview im german on the club's homepage. www1.fcn.de/index.php?id=13444Translation by me. "Nuremberg is like my second home" After the injury of Glauber Michael Meggsy Beauchamp played himself into the defensive line of 1. FC Nuremberg team. In the forum of 1. FCN he already gained the acknowledgement of that fans after seven games in the Bundesliga: they say he's playing calm and clarified, his performance is absolutely convincing. Since eight months Meggsy now lives in Nuremberg - time for a intermediate review. fcn.de: How often did you visit the kangaroos in the Nuremberg zoo?Michael Beauchamp: Honestly I didn't have the chance to visit my "compatriots". And in Australia one encounters them just like that in the wild. Maybe I will do that later if I should feel homesick. How did you settle in Nuremberg? Did you go for some sightseeing?Beauchamp: I feel very comfortable in Nuremberg. It's nearly like a second home. My girl-friend is here now too, that makes many things easier. I also have the rare luck that there are three compatriots in the team. The other guys in the team made it very easy for me and have welcome me with open arms. By the way I was once in the documentation center. In Australia we don't have many historical sight, therefore I found it very interesting there. I haven't yet tasted the famous bratwurst. I have to really catch up on that. Also in the terms of football you have arrived here. How do you feel in the Bundesliga?Beauchamp: With every match, that I do for the 1. FC Nuremberg I feel more comfortable and safer. The team also helps me in any case with it on and besides the sports field. In comparison to the A-League in Australia the speed in Germany is much higher. I also have to be highly concentrated the whole match. Is the 1. FC Nuremberg perceived in a different way in Australia now?Beauchamp: Many Australians are actually interested in German football now. I receive E-Mails from fans that also have questions about the Club. One can either watch the matches via internet or via satellite on pay TV. What did you think in the last two minutes against Bochum? (we made two goals in the last 3 minutes last Sunday) Beauchamp: It was absolutely incredible. It proves that a game is not settled before the very last minute. The goals by Ivan were great. The points were extremely important for the table. A word about the next opponent Energie Cottbus?Beauchamp: I actually played my first few minutes for the Club in the match against Cottbus. I came on in the 88th minute. If we keep on playing like we did in the previous matches, we should win. It will be a tough match, but we are playing home and have our fans behind us.

just came home from the stadium
after the match meggsy was asked about it (http://fcn.de/index.php?id=13465); here's what he said
Michael Beauchamp: I've been at the right place at the right time. The goal was a bit lucky. It's been a while that I've scored. But I have to thank Hans Meyer for the goal. Meyer is the best coach I've ever had. Beside the success we now have we stay down to earth. It's too early to think about the UEFA-Cup as there are many more matches to play. But today it was perfect for us - as perfect as it is for me at the moment here in Nuremberg.
