From the Terror today apparently Boogs didn't make the trip North due to sauffering the effects of Concussion, and Tommy P was going to be given until after the training session today to prove his fitness.

Big test given
John Hutchinson out suspended, Sasho Petrovski out suspended Boogs looks like bing out
Add players out for the season
Nik Mrdja, & Matthew Osman
Add in super sub Grumpy still out I think.
The above players would be on the first run on team, outside Osman maybe so thats 4 maybe 5 first team players out.
Plus Tommy just coming back
That a big ask away from home in a 1 V 2 match.

I hope you dont mean Osman wouldnt of been first team, he was a star right up until the day he got injured! Losing him was a big loss, losing gumpys edge was a bit loss, losing Kwasniks early season form was a big loss, losing Petrovskis poaching is a big loss, losing Hutchs consistency and calmness is a big loss, losing Boogards noggin is a big loss, losing this game...would be a big loss, but not a tragic one, im confident we will step up a gear however, dont forget even with all these players in (perhaps not all at once in prime form...that would be scary) wasnt exactly giving us unbeatable team sheets, we dont need Tiatto to remind us how lucky we have been to win SOME games, but he shouldnt need reminding of the 9 AGAINST column on the ladder either. LETS GO MARINERS!

Fox Sports and The World Game have both said that Boogs and Tommy have been ruled out.

Hello Brett, and also a big g'day to everyone else. Thanks for the kind words re my post Brett, Midfielder and Yellowcake, glad it was well received and hopefully I'll be able to bring a few more chuckles to the forum over the coming weeks, now that I've tuned into the website. Re - the "s" word I did have some second thoughts yellowcake, but footballsensei just didn't have that same ring... but hey i never considered a compromise like maybe foccersensei ?? As to who the hell I am... well while i may bleed yellow, I'm not really identifiable I guess, as I don't stand behind the goals with the true faithful because I have my family (young kids) and my parents who go with me. Much as I confess I feel the pull, I instead content myself with trying to bring a semblance of the Marinator passion to whatever bay I'm sitting in (to this end - just made a pretty damn cool "yellow army" banner with my hardcore mariner fan dad, that will be flying proud from now on:) ) While I'm kind of on this subject, I thought I'd seize this opp to say something I've always wanted to say. And that is to let all you marinators that stand proud and sing loud, know just how much your support and enthusiasm are appreciated by the rest of the crowd. Every week I'm sure you see the legions of mums, dads, teens and tweens, lots of kiddies, and even the odd old biddy - some hardcore in their own way, others just passing through for the day... but each week as I sit among them... and a new burst of Marinator song soars out across the park... I watch as eyes turn... smiles grow... and the whole experience becomes richer for all. And I see the pride... I know you sing for our Marinators, but for so many in the crowd who may never even be able to find their own voices, you make them feel like you are singing for them too, and thats a pretty damn cool gift! Can't wait for tomorrow, absolutely busting! Long live our blessed YELLOW ARMY!!! and best wishes to all

Welcome, I saw the Yellow Army banner (briefly through the rain) at the aborted SFC game.
Hopefully one day we will see people in other bays getting behind simpler chants (Yellow Army for example)

Massive game coming up.
It's going to be hard for tht pussycats to catch us if we take 3 points.
I'm tipping a 2-1 win. Two goals from Aloisi and Robbie Kruse to pull a goal back late.
C'mon you yellow!!!!!!!!

The OG by Viddy - Shit happens - look at the OG in Yesterdays game - fact is not enough work was done out wide - it would have prevented the cross...
The second was due to us being poor in the middle of the park not wide. Thats why Kwas was moved out and Owens put in the middle...
I still think we are in this game - 25 mins bring on some subs - Gumps and Chicken would be the start...

I think gumps needs to come on really soon cause he can turn a game like this. So annoying going up 1-0 then conceding two shit goals

Vidmar has to come off. He has been utter rubbish this second half.
Jedinak as well. This is the first game in some time where he has been dominated in the midfield and it is starting to show now.
